They don't build them like they used to.

The office building in the dark spooky shroud has been slated for demolition for 5 years. It caught my attention because it's directly across the street from the previous WTC twin tower site. Notice the old building in front of it somehow entirely intact.
I snapped this shot last fall on a 4 and a half day visit to Manhattan for the "PhotoPlus Expo".
