Not Much To Brag About
Studies have shown Soy to be near-miraculous health wise, and after much persuading from the scientific world (and soy growers), the FDA finally managed to grant this flaccid little health claim for it:
"25 grams of soy protein a day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease."
Gee, kinda unimpressive sounding. Think for a moment, about the wording. Equally valid would be..
"25 grams of Jelly Beans a day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease."
and..
"25 grams of Pork Sausage a day, as part of a diet low in Spinach, may reduce the risk of e-coli"
