Old School, of Rock.

Any of you Rock fans who grew up in the 70's, in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area, will find THIS SITE by George Gimarc very interesting and nostalgic.
Remember "The Zoo". Sure you do. Gimarc rescued many old tapes from radio station "Kzew" that are loaded with all the in- house promos they recorded to hype the touring Rock concerts of the day, and has them on a 4 cd set. The list of concert dates (referencing long forgotten, defunct venues like The Bijou and The Paladium), that he publishes on the site, is itself an amazing flashback.

Tickets to Kiss, and opening act Bob Segar, (WTF?) in 1976 were $6, or you could spring for the upscale $7 tickets to get up close.
